The craft was tracked on FAA radar. Multiple witnesses reported the craft descending into the ocean. The incident was formally investigated by MUFON and referenced in FAA records. Puerto Rico police dispatched officers who observed the craft at close range.

The Knowles family's ninety-minute encounter on the Nullarbor Plain included a craft landing on their car roof, lifting the vehicle, and filling it with a gray powder and foul odor. RAAF aircraft were vectored to an unidentified contact tracked simultaneously by Hobart approach control and RAAF Edinburgh Air Defence radar over the Bass Strait. The contact performed extreme maneuvers. Australian Department of Air added the report to its classified UAP file. The Bass Strait is one of the most frequently reported Australian UAP corridors, with multiple documented encounters across decades.

A metallic disc hovered over the US Army Yuma Proving Ground weapons test range during live-fire testing operations. Test engineers and range safety personnel observed the craft for 20 minutes. Optical tracking instruments trained on projectile trajectories accidentally captured images of the disc. Army intelligence was notified. The encounter caused a temporary suspension of testing operations as range safety protocols required an unknown aircraft halt.
