Argentina Rio Negro Province Encounter 1995

On August 17, 1995, Argentine Gendarmería Nacional (border security force) and civilian witnesses in Río Negro Province, Patagonia, observed a metallic disc performing repeated passes over the remote desert landscape for 40 minutes. The craft descended to 500 feet altitude, allowing excellent observation conditions in the clear Patagonian air. Multiple independent witnesses filed reports with local police and the Gendarmería.
