SAC Headquarters Offutt UFO Report 1963

◎Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska

A disc hovered over Strategic Air Command Headquarters at Offutt AFB — the nerve center of the US nuclear deterrent — for 12 minutes. SAC command post security police observed the craft. Base radar tracked the contact. The encounter at the most operationally sensitive US military installation — home to the President's airborne command post and the nuclear war-fighting command — was classified at the highest level. SAC's commander was briefed.

Trancas Encounter — Argentina Craft with Beams 1963

◎Trancas, Tucumán Province, Argentina

One of the most detailed South American UAP close encounters on record. The Moreno family at a remote Tucumán Province ranch observed multiple disc-shaped craft hovering at ground level, emitting brilliant white beams that passed through the ranch buildings. A smaller craft emitted tubes of mist and a sulfurous odor. Physical evidence included scorched earth, crushed vegetation, and physiological effects on witnesses including temporary vision impairment.
