Kentucky Elizabethtown Police Encounter 1987

On January 7, 1987, Elizabethtown Police Department officers responding to citizen calls made direct visual contact with a large luminous orb at approximately 100 feet altitude over the city. The object was larger than the surrounding two-story buildings.
